RX-75 & RX-88 Thermal Press & Hole Punchers
The RX-75 Series is a general purpose and customizable vertically operated Thermal Press & Hot Hole Punch which can be used for hot sealing holes, punching slots or slits, shaped holes, hot cutting webbing, or burning leather, for example. Common configurations of this very popular press are listed below.

MATERIALS NOTICE: Most of these machines use thermal tooling made of brass alloy and cannot be used with materials that contain any halogen compounds such as PVC. Please contact us for alternate tooling options.
RX-75-PN2 Single slot punch, up to 2.5" (64mm)
RX-75-PN2 Thermal slot punch and press, 120VAC. For melting slots, or shapes in webbing. Can also be used for burning leather, melting holes or cutting webbing. Includes 1 standard slot punch. ​

RX-75-PN2 Slot Punch
RX-75-PS2 Single hole punch up to 2.5" (64mm)
Thermal hole punch and press for melting holes, slots, or shapes in webbing, up to 2.5” (64mm). Also used for burning leather, cutting webbing. Base model is single hole and includes 2 standard punch collets.

RX-75-PM4 Multi-hole punch up to 4" (100mm)

Thermal hole punch and press for melting multiple holes up to 4" (100mm) wide. Hole punch tooling is custom-made to your specifications, often in just a matter of days. Interchangeable thermal tooling also allows this model to be used for embossing leather, cutting or other hot press applications.
RX-75-PS2 Single hole thermal punch
RX-75-PML Multi-hole punch up to 5" (130mm)
Thermal hole punch and press for melting multiple holes up to 5" (130mm) wide. Hole punch tooling is custom-made to your specifications, often in just a matter of days. Interchangeable thermal tooling also allows this model to be used for other hot press applications. For multiple hole punching applications larger than 5" please see our model RX-78.
RX-75-PM4 4" Multi-hole Punch
RX-88-PS2 & RX-88-PM2 hole punch up to 2.5" (64mm)
The RX-88 is a simple, general purpose hole punching device for nearly any thin synthetic material, available in single hole (PS2) or multi-hole (PM2). Interchangeable punch collets are simple to change from one hole size to another. Standard punches are available from 1/8" to 1/2”; other sizes and custom punches can also be supplied. Larger tooling sizes are also available on this model.
RX-88-PS2 Single-hole Punch
RX-88-PC2 Thermal knife & hole punch up to 2.5" (64mm)
A small benchtop thermal tool that will cut and punch holes simultaneously using a standard heater block and knife modified for the application needed. Simple to operate and, like all Webcutters, it may be converted into another model if needed for future requirements.
